The program is largely dedicated to the Villanelle alla napolitana by Giacomo Gorzanis, lute player of the second half of XVI century who lived in the city of Trieste; Next to the expressiveness of the popular inspired villanelle,  some solo lute pieces by the same author and some madrigals by Cipriano de Rore embellished by Bassano and Rognoni. This program combines the interested of the public consent with the performance of a less known repertoire. “Da che si parte il Sol” was first performed at the Auditorium Caixaforum Madrid on December 11, 2009 for the “Palladio” exhibition. There is a combination of virtuosity, simplicity, musical clarity and color in a striking fusion of vocal and instrumental music of the sixteenth century.
