The early music ensemble La Selva performs since 2005 and was established as a cultural association in 2008.

The ensemble played for Alte Pinakothek, Istituto Italiano di Cultura in Munich, in relation to the Leonardo Da Vinci exhibition in 2006 and the Parmigianino exhibition in  2007, for Max Planck Institut-Bibliotheca Hertziana in Rome and for  Centro di studi italo-tedeschi Villa Vigoni .

In 2009 La Selva has performed live Euroradio for “I Concerti al Quirinale di Radio Tre” and has been selected for Festival ANTIQVA, La Caixa Foundation, playing in Barcellona, Madrid and various other cities in Spain.

During 2010 La Selva performed a "Botticelli Konzert" for the Botticelli exhibition at Staedel Museum in Frankfurt am Main. Music from "Alla Luna" has been used for Luciano Emmer's art film "Raffaello".

In 2011 La Selva it's been invited to play and to teach first time outside Europe, at the festival "Mostra de Musica Antiga de Curitiba", Paranà, at "Universidade Federal do Estado do Rio de Janerio", Rio de Janeiro, in Algeri, Algeria, at the Festival International de Musique Andalouse et des Musiques Anciennes.
